The Fear of Folding

I've been playing a lot of online poker at one of my favorite poker rooms Pacific Poker lately and have to wonder if anybody else has noticed how frickin horrible some of these online poker players are. I mean its damn pitiful some of the shit I have seen in the past week. I dont know whether they have been watching too much tv or smokin too much pot.

Just about any of the lower limit tables will have 2 or 3 suckers that will bet all the way to the frickin river with 4 7 offsuit and Im talking with face cards on the board. Now don't get me wrong bout what I'm sayin here cause I damn shore aint complaining. I'm really enjoying taking these folks money but I have to wonder what in the hell these people are thinking sometimes. It's almost like they are afraid to fold. Sure I'll call 25c to see the flop but if I dont catch a good part of it the hands goin in the trash! If you dont believe me just Pacific Poker Download and see for yourself

Online Poker Theory Bring the Sharks to You

So now that the basic concept is understood how do we implement the theory? With Online Poker there is no fear of putting on a bad poker face so the only thing important is making the sharks believe you are a horrible poker player by playing like an idiot. Since we are playing at the lower limit games the chances of losing large amounts of cash is slim so we want to lose every chance we get by looking stupid. When you get a good hand go ahead and take the pot, this will keep the losses low and no-one will catch on

The object is to be labled as a pidgeon and we want as many sharks as we can possibly get, so this charade needs to go on for about 2 weeks but move up to the .50/1.00 limit games starting the 2nd week. By now there will be plenty of bait in the water and it's time to set the hook. There are literally tens of thousands of online poker players that make their living by taking advantage of new and inexperienced online players so all we are doing is turning the tables around and burning them by taking advantage of their aggressive play

It's all downhill from here as the all important groundwork has been laid! Now we start playing for real. The sharks will be following your every move and any table you join will soon be full of players wanting to give you cash, but of course they don't know that you are about to take them to the cleaners.

I've done this in 4 poker rooms to date and it has worked like clockwork in all four rooms. My average winnings per month using this method is about $2200 and the losses from the month are figured in so its damn good profit. The drawback is it won't work forever and if you are still killing 'em after 2 weeks then you have done well.

. Take advantage of schedules (if you can) by playing at different times of the day and take notes on who you have played with. That way you can make sure you have drained the bank before you move on to the the next shark cage. This works exceptionally well at PokerRoom because they have a Shark Cage tournament with a $1 buy-in and yeah....it's full of sharks which is exactly what we are looking for!

Online Poker Tricks

If you have been playing poker in the online rooms for any length of time at all it is easy to spot the suckers aka:fish as they tend to stick out like a sore thumb. The object of course is to win money and if you want to win consistantly you have to pull out some tricks to stay ahead of the game!

The first trick I'm gonna let you in on has scored me lots of cash in the last 6 months and I call it the "Pidgeon Theory". Pidgeons are the same thing as fish when it comes to Poker. Everybody's lookin for the pidgeons and they scour the online poker rooms like a bunch of buzzards in search of fresh road kill. The idea here is very simple although it might seem strange at first.

What we want to do is create an account at a poker room that we have NOT played in before. Its important that its a new account because we want the buzzards to think we are dead pidgeons at the poker table. Start at the low limit games .25/.50 and lose terribly. Seriously, it needs to be realistic so win a few and lose a shitload. Never throw into the muck...always show your cards when you lose. Its vital to the plan that they know you bet 1.25 on 7-3 offsuit with no outs what so ever. Remember the idea is to totally suck
